As you lease the vehicle and return at the end of the contract, you don’t have to worry about depreciation and the resale value of the car.

At the end of the contract you return the car and pick up your new one, you will not own the vehicle.

How Does Car Leasing Work? 

Car Leasing differs from contract to contract and the terms and conditions of ANY car finance should be outlined in full and thoroughly explained prior to you signing and entering a contract. 

Personal Contract Hire begins with a pre-agreed annual mileage and term. This will clearly indicate the maximum number of miles you can drive in the car without incurring any additional charges and the length of time you will have the car for. 

We understand your circumstances can change and if you exceed the agreed contracted mileage, an excess mileage charge will apply on the return of the vehicle. The rate charged (pence per mile) will be confirmed with your agreement. During the term of the agreement, we can provide you with the option to adjust your monthly payment to reflect any increased mileage.

Your car must be serviced and repaired in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations at a franchised dealership. The car will be supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of this as failure to have the vehicle serviced with the manufacturer’s approved agent can invalidate warranty, extended warranty or breakdown cover. Please ensure that oil and coolant levels are regularly checked and maintained between servicing. The engine, clutch, gearbox and transmission parts must operate normally.
